August 22, 2005 - Vulcan Electric Company today announced the successful completion of ISO9001 certification of its Quality Management System. Intertek Systems performed the assessment in accordance with criteria and requirements as defined by the International Organization of Standards.
The Vulcan certification scope encompasses the design and manufacture of electric heating elements, temperature switches, temperature sensors, and thermal systems. Vulcan is also pleased to announce that it’s temperature sensor repair and calibration services have also been certified under the ISO9001 program.
